2014: Bollywood's Breakups

Seems, 'and they lived happily ever after' doesn't apply to most Bollywood couples. The list is increasing by the day.

HRITHIK ROSHAN - SUSSANNE ROSHAN
Hrithik's alleged proximity with his Kites co-star Barbara Mori provided the beginning to the end of their 17-year long marriage. And Sussanne's alleged friendship with a model-turned-actor, the final nail. 




CHITRANGADA SINGH - JYOTI RANDHAWA
The actress and the golfer had been living separately since a couple of years. Sources say that the Delhi based Randhawa felt that his wife was spending too much time in Mumbai, pursuing her career.




PARINEETI CHOPRA - MANEESH SHARMA
The Ladies v/v Ricky Bahl duo parted ways when their collaboration Shuddh Desi Romance bit the dust. Subsequently, Parineeti didn't find a place in Maneesh's next (Fan, starring Shah Rukh Khan).




SUNJAY KAPUR - KARISMA KAPOOR
They applied for divorce by mutual consent.  Six months have rolled by, but the two are still locked in a court battle. Blame it on fresh discord over new issues. Nothing mutual about this.




RHEA PILLAI - LEANDER PAES
Leander locked Rhea outside her house. The tennis ace then demanded the custody of their daughter. The battle in the court got murkier when he filed an FIR against cricketer Atul Sharma for threatening to kill him and his daughter. He also claimed that Atul is in a relationship with Rhea.




TANISHA MUKERJI - ARMAAN KOHLI
The Bigg Boss 7 couple had brought in 2013 together. Guess, their 'fatal attraction' was too good to last. Blame it on Armaan's aggression.




PRIYADARSHAN - LISSY
Mohanlal and Kamal Haasan played peacemaker to save the marriage, albeit temporarily. The lady went on to file for divorce in a Chennai Court. Buzz is, Priyadarshan’s ‘friendships closed his chapter with his wife.



BIPASHA BASU - HARMAN BAWEJA
Harry Baweja's son started planning for their wedding and the Jism actress developed cold feet. Sources say, she then got up-close and personal with her Alone co-star Karan Singh Grover (who kissed goodbye to his wife Tv actress Jennifer Winget) but not before she'd caught Harman with a foreign model...




POOJA BHATT - MUNISH MAKHIJA
Mahesh Bhatt's firebrand daughter took to Twitter to say that she was ending her 11-year-old marriage with the man she had fallen in love with while making her first film Paap. 




ARJUN KAPOOR - SONAKSHI SINHA
Sparks flew between them on the sets of their upcoming film Tevar. And they flew off with few friends to holiday in Istanbul. Buzz is, Sonakshi got very serious about Arjun but he was not ready to commit.




DEV PATEL - FREIDA PINTO
