The makers
of Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi have just dropped the trailer of the film online and
we can’t control our laughter. Sonakshi Sinha, Diana Penty, Ali Fazal, Jimmy
Sheirgill and Piyush Mishra starring Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi is the 2nd
instalment of the franchise.
The
two-minute-forty-five-seconds trailer opens in China, where the Chinese cops
have kidnapped a wrong happy and Sonakshi Sinha explains that she is not the
Happy that they are look for. The trailer has a Chinese cop speaking in Hindi
and Jimmy’s impeccable comic timing is worth applauding. Piyush Mishra too
keeps you engrossed with his fun and quirky dialogues. Sonakshi Sinha looks
impressive too as Happy 2.
The film
also sees the Bollywood debut of Punjabi Singer, Jassie Gill.

Talking
about the trailer launch, the makers had a new concept of introducing Sonakshi
Sinha to the media. The event started in a bus, where they introduced every
character one-by-one except Sonakshi Sinha and then left to search for ‘Happy’
in the same bus along with the media.
Happy Phirr
Bhag Jayegi, directed by Mudassar Aziz and co-produced by Aanand L Rai and
Krishika Lulla, is slated to release on August 24, 2018.
Talking
about the first instalment of the film, Happy Bhag Jayegi, which starred Diana
Penty, Ali Fazal, Jimmy Sheirgill and Abhay Deol in lead roles, got a good
response from audience. It was also directed by Mudassar Aziz.
