The trailer begins by showing a conversation between Netaji and Mahatma Gandhi. Then scenes show his death and the mystery related to his death. Followed by a man who is believed to be Netaji is living a life of Gumnaami.

The film is based on Gumnaami baba who was assumed to be the legendary freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Baba led the life as Hindu saint in Faizabad in Uttar Pradesh in the 1970s or 80s. Netaji Bose died in a plane crash in 1945 which has been doubted by many.

However, Bose's family members had claimed that terming Gumnami Baba as Netaji in disguise without any evidence is a ''criminal offence''. The film is slated to hit the screen during the puja.
