Shiboprosad Mukherjee And Nandita Roy Announces Two Films On Children
Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy have announced their new production house ‘Haami Film’ which will only produce films on the children. They have made many movies such as Ramdhanu, Posto, Haami where kids played an important part in the plot and had received warm appreciations from the audience too. And now the duo has formed a new banner named Haami Films. 

Along with the announcement, the directors have even announced their next two movies titled as ‘Junior Pandit’ and ‘Junior Comrade’. As reported, the movies will be directed by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy. Some of the cast members from 2018’s successful film Haami will be repeated in these two movies which include Shiboprosad Mukherjee, Gargee Roychowdhury, Kharaj Mukherjee. 




Two little stars Broto Bandopadhyay and Tiyasha Pal will be seen playing Bhutu and Chini once again. Apart from them, the biggest attraction in the star cast is Prosenjit Chatterjee. He will be there in Junior Pandit. 
Junior Pandit will be releasing during Christmas 2020 and Junior Comrade will be releasing in 2021. Apart from making movies, Haami Films will also produce shows for television and web platforms also. 
Meanwhile, Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy owned Windows Production will be producing another film Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti. Ritabhari Chakraborty will be in the leading role.

Apart from Ritabhari, Soham Majumdar who has recently delivered a much-appreciated performance in the film Kabir Singh, will be seen in the film. It will be his second Bengali film, earlier he had played a supporting character in Kaushik Ganguly’s Drishtikone. The film will talk about equal rights for women in our society. Most probably, it will be released around the time of International Women’s Day, next year.

Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti story will revolve around Ritabhari, who is a lecturer and performing artiste. But she is into another profession too. When an encounter with Vikramaditya leads to a marriage proposal, she tells her would-be groom about her multiple identities. Her words are misinterpreted and she is forced to keep one important part of her life undercover due to the stark differences between the worlds she belongs to pre and post marriage.
The film is a dramatic comedy that makes one ponder about the outdated rites and rituals and questions gender imbalance in society.
