Satyanweshi Byomkesh: Parambrata Chatterjee Talks About His Character, Says ‘I Have Tried To Shape Bomkesh As I Am’
Satyanweshi Byomkesh is one of the most awaited movies of the year. With the same story but with a different twist, the trailer is already winning the hearts of the audiences and has crossed two lakhs view on Youtube. The film will have Parambrata Chatterjee and Rudranil Ghosh Rudy as a partner in investigating crime mystery. 

Talking about his character in the film, Parambrata Chatterjee said, “When I was asked to do this film, I knew that many other actors had already done this role. There is a lot of expectations and I just hope that I fulfill their expectations.”

“Keeping in the mind the story and in which time it is located, I have tried to shape Bomkesh (my character) as I am,” he further added.

Based on Magna Mainak, Sayantan Ghoshl's directorial Satyanweshi Byomkesh is to explore the iconic sleuth in a new light.
The trailer is high on suspense with a war-torn Calcutta shown in one frame and cold-blooded murder in another.

Detective Byomkesh Bakshy is prowling on the streets of Calcutta to unravel the mystery behind a missing man. And, with each clue, the mystery seems to get murkier. Byomkesh needs to find a monster created by a gang. In the trailer, we can see Parambrata as Satyanweshi who is telling to the audience that politics always had an important connection with his stories.

Satyanweshi Byomkesh is based on the story Magno Mainak written by Sharadindu Bandopadhyay.
It has been directed by Sayantan Ghosal who has already directed Byomkesh web series for the digital platform and his work has been well appreciated.
