Amid the outbreak of Coronavirus, all celebrities are maintaining social distancing and are more active on social platforms. Actor Dev Adhikari who was injured during the shooting of his next sports drama Golondaaj has got some time to heal his wound. Golondaaj is a biopic on Indian footballer Nagendra Prasad Saradhikari.
Dev Adhikari share the picture of his fractured toe on Instagram, “To all u guys asking me how I’m spending my quarantine at home This is how...Finally trying to fix my fractured toe courtesy #Golondaz , thanx to quarantine fr buying me time. Hope no surgery required.”
Golondaaj is a sports drama based on Nagendra Prasad Saradhikari, who is considered the father of Indian football. The multi-starrer film includes Dev Adhikari, Anirban Bhattacharya, Ishaa Shaha, Indrashish Ray, Srikanto Acharya, Joydeep Mukherjee and John Bhattacharya in the pivotal roles. The film will be releasing in the summer.
As the reports claim, Nagendra Prasad introduced football to teenagers in India. He started playing football in 1877. Nagendra even formed a club as an initiative to promote football in India.
Meanwhile, Dev Adhikari has announced his next film titled Kishmish. Rukmini Maitra will be seen in the lead role opposite Dev. The romantic film is releasing in this Puja.
