Dharmajuddha: Story Is The Real Hero Of This Film, Says Soham Chakraborty

Raj Chakraborty’s next film Dharmajuddha has been in news ever since its announcement. The film features Subhashree Ganguly, Ritwick Chakraborty, Parno Mitra, Soham Chakraborty, Swatilekha Sengupta. The filmmakers had released the character posters which has created buzz on the social media.
Talking about the film, Soham Chakrabort said that the film is about riots and no one is a hero or heroine in this film. “Be it Subhashree, Ritwick or Parno, we all play simple characters as the story is the real hero of this film,” said Soham.
Soham is playing a key role of Jabbar in the film and his role is being appreciated by the people. Swatilekha Sengupta will be seen as an elderly woman. Ritwick Chakraborty, Subhashree Ganguly, Soham Chakraborty and Parno Mittra play pivotal roles as well.
Even the official poster of the film had also released. It shows a plate in which one chapattis along with two pieces of potatoes are kept. And there are five hands which want to have that food. The poster gives clear sign that the film is all about the survival and what it takes to survive.
According to reports, the film will be a political drama set in a locality situated near border area. The film will revolve around five central characters an aged woman, a girl who is her caretaker and three strangers who come to take shelter in her house. It will focus on the equations between these five characters, going through a situation of communal violence around them.
