Abir Chatterjee To Star In Director Bratya Basu’s Next Untitled Film
Director Bratya Basu is all set to direct another film. The name of the film has not been decided but it is been reported that it will be based on Buddhadeb Guha’s two short stories Baba Howa and Swami Howa respectively. The details of the films have been revealed. 

The Times of India reported that the director is in talks with actor Abir Chatterjee. He wants to cast him as a lead actor in the film. The other cast of the film has not been decided. 

Meawhile, Abir Chatterjee is gearing for his next release Asur. The film stars Jeet, Nusrat Jahan also in the lead role. The film is releasing on January 3. Asur is a story of three friends played by Jeet, Abir, and Nusrat. But the film will show their later phase of their life when they are in their thirties. The film is a tribute to famous sculptor and painter Ramkinkar Baij. Jeet will be seen playing that role.


The movie's plot is set at the background of 2015 Durga Puja when a stampede-like situation occurred at the Deshapirya Park Puja when people had gathered around to see 88-feet Durga idol.
