WWE wrestler John Cena has been grabbing headlines for his much-talked-about relationship with Nikki Bella for quite some time now. The two were going to get married but the couple called it quits in 2018 and their abrupt ending obviously disappointed their fans. However, both of them have moved on since then as Bella is now engaged to her former Dancing with the Stars partner Artem Chigvintsev and is also expecting her first child with him. On the other hand, Cena is dating a Canadian engineer Shay Shariatzadeh and reportedly, the two are going to get married soon and planning to even rent an island for the wedding. But the portal Gossip Cop points out the flaws in the report.

According to Life & Style, it reported that WWE legend John Cena was ‘pulling out all the stops’ to make his wedding an absolutely perfect one with Shay Shariatzadeh. The couple, who have only been dating for a while now, sparked engagement buzz when the lady was spotted 'wearing a diamond ring' in the ring finger. The story doesn't end here, the outlet continued with their matrimonial fantasy and mentioned that Cena, is apparently, willing to do anything to make the wedding perfect.

“Whatever Shay wants, Shay gets,” a source informed the outlet, “and she’s always wanted to get married on the beach — so John’s looking into renting a tropical island and flying all their friends out there by private jet.” He is also planning to hire an ace chef and famous band for the wedding which will cost him up to $5 million. However, seeing so many factless claims, Gossip Cop decided to get the record straight. The portal rests its case saying that neither John nor Shay have confirmed the engagement news in the past, let alone planning an island-destination wedding. It also stated that the outlet is rather printing ‘eye-catching lies about the wrestling star than printing the actual facts, which is nothing.’
