Priyanka Chopra’s ex-designer Law Roach has expressed hurt after she spoke about being humiliated by a stylist as they said she is not ‘sample sized’

Global icon Priyanka Chopra enjoys a huge fan base worldwide. The actress, who is currently busy promoting her upcoming wed-show Citadel, in an interview, opened up about being humiliated by a stylist. They had gone on to state that she wasn’t ‘sample sized,’ which had hurt her feelings a lot. While she had refused to name the stylist, her ex-designer Law Roach, has now commented on her statements.

During an interaction with The Cut, Roach explained how his remark of Priyanka not being ‘sample sized’ was taken out of context. He went on to express that it was a “little bit hurtful,” how his words were manipulated and “that wasn’t the real conversation.” he stressed on the fact that he has never had such type of conversation with PC ever. Quoted by IndiaTV, he further stated, “But I’m sure it was taken out of context to get her to be like, ‘Oh, okay, I’m not working with him no more. He’s insensitive to my body.’ Which I’m like, ‘How is that possible? He further added that sometimes the agents have an agenda set and “I need to be the bad guy because I’m the one who’s dealing with the clothes and the body.” Roach went on to reveal how he till date adores and loves Priyanka as a person. 

On the work front, Priyanka is all set to make her web-series debut with the Russo Brothers' Citadel. Co-starring Richard Madden, the first season of the show will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on April 28, 2023. She will start shooting for Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, co-starring Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, after wrapping up her Hollywood projects, Love Again and Ending Things.
