Virat Kohli is the 'man of the (every) match.' There's no challenger to Virat Kohli's throne. The Indian Skipper has completed 11 years in international cricket and Virat shared a throwback picture from his first match along with a picture of his current one on his Twitter handle and expressed gratitude for all the success he has achieved till now. Kohli made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka in 2008. He made just 12 runs in his first match. The batsman who made his first century in 2009, now has the second most number of tons in ODI cricket. 

Taking to his Twitter account, he tweeted, "From starting as a teenager on the same day in 2008 to reflecting on the journey 11 years after, I couldn't have dreamt of the blessings God has showered me with. May you all get the strength and power to follow your dreams and always follow the right path. 🇮🇳🙏😇#forevergrateful"


Kohli currently has 43 centuries in the 50-over format and he is just behind Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar. The Indian Cricket Captain celebrated his century during India Vs West Indies second One-Day International cricket match in Port of Spain, Trinidad on August 11, 2019. Virat won the toss and chose to bat first. During the innings, he also went past former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly to become India's 2nd highest-run getter in the ODIs. 


Meanwhile, Virat Kohli recently posted a video on Instagram taking the Bottle cap challenge himself with pre-recorded commentary of coach Ravi Shastri in the background.
