Alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has been making the headlines for writing love letters addressed to Jacqueliene Fernandez, his rumoured girlfriend. Currently, in Delhi’s Mandoli Jail, he leaves no stone unturned to write letters to her on special occasions and express his love for her. He recently penned a letter to the Chief Minister of Kerala about accepting his Rs 15 crore contribution towards the Chief Minister Distress Relief Fund after the landslides tragedy struck in Wayanad, Kerala. He expressed his shock in the letter and stated that the landslide tragedy had “completely shattered my heart.”
Sukesh penned that he shares a deep connection with Kerala as its people have always given him “love, care, and warmth during my period of low.” He revealed that it is his time to show his support and gratitude towards his brothers and sisters of Kerala in their time of need. In a statement released to the press, he added, “I am hereby requesting to accept my contribution of Rs.15 crores towards the relief fund, from my foundation today, addressed in favour of Chief minister’s distress relief fund. Apart from the above-mentioned contribution being done today, I also pledge my support for further contribution to build 300 houses for the affected on an immediate basis.”

The alleged conman stated that the contribution to the funds will be done from his “legitimate business accounts” and that the required legalities for the procedure have been attached along with transfer details. “Hereby requesting you to accept the same, and use the above contribution for the welfare and rehabilitation of the affected, in the landslide tragedy of Wayanad. Kerala is God’s own country, God shall surely make sure that, this phase also shall pass, I pray to God that he gives the strength to all the families of the affected, God is with you,” the statement concluded.

For the unversed, Sukesh Chandrashekhar has been accused of running an extortion racket worth Rs 200 crore from the inside of Tihar jail. He reportedly duped people on the pretext of promising them jobs and is accused of cheating many people, including high-profile individuals such as former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh's wife, Aditi Singh, and Malvinder's wife Japna Singh, worth over several crores of rupees.
