The tensions on the border between Indian and China have been escalating and the news about it is hitting headlines since the past few days now. We are all quite aware of the current situation the country is facing on the border in the wake of the pandemic, related to the India-China standoff in Ladakh. Amidst the rising tensions between India and China on the border, a man named Sonam Wangchuk who inspired the character of Rancho in Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots has a special message for citizens against the usage of Chinese products.

Taking to Twitter, Sonam Wangchuk tweeted, “USE YOUR WALLET POWER #BoycottMadeInChina #SoftwareInAWeekHardwareInAYear to stop Chinese bullying in Ladakh & eventually to liberate the 1.4 Bn bonded labourers in China, as also the 10 Mn Uighur Muslims & 6 Mn Tibetan Buddhists." Asking every citizen in the country to listen to what he has to say, Wangchuk requested one and all to use your wallet power against China.

In the video shared on YouTube, Sonam Wangchuk urges everyone to boycott the goods made in China and stop the usage. Through the video, Wangchuk appeals to all Indian citizens and people worldwide to boycott the Chinese products, with the video titled, “#BoycotMadeInChina AND USE YOUR WALLET POWER!” The video features Wangchuk explaining his position and that of where the military troops have been positioned and request everyone to stop virtually financing the currently military bullying in Ladakh and the South China Sea. Talking about how this imitative will also give freedom to many bonded labourers and others, Wangchuk urges everyone to use wallet power rather than leaving it totally on our armies to respond with their bullets. Listen to him!

Meanwhile, in the video, explaining his position, Wangchuk also gives everyone a glimpse of the snow-clad mountains, a picturesque view. For the uninitiated, the Indian and Chinese military troops seem to be headed towards a face-off in the several disputed areas along the Line of Actual Control i.e (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh.
