Singer Zubeen Garg Rushed To Hospital In Dibrugarh After Head Injury; Assam CM Instructs Use Of Proper Medical Assistance

Assamese singer and composer Zubeen Garg, who crooned the famous song - ‘Ya Ali’ from ‘Gangster’, was rushed to a private hospital in Assam’s Dibrugarh. He was admitted to the hospital after he got a minor head injury.
 
As per the latest RepublicWorld report, Zubeen was in a report when he slipped in the bathroom. Doctors have revealed that the singer suffered seizures following an epileptic fit. Sadly, Zubeen has received 5 stitches on his head. 


The report also quoted Assam Cheif Minister Dr. Himata Biswa Sarma who has directed the Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh district to ensure that Zubeen, who is currently undergoing treatment, receives proper medical assistance. He has also ensured that the singer can be taken to Guwahati by air ambulance if required. 

Meanwhile, Health Minister Keshab Mahanta has also been instructed to monitor the situation and oversee the entire process. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, the popular singer and composer has produced music for Assamese, Bengali, and Bollywood films. Some of his most popular songs include Ya Ali, from the 2006 Bollywood film Gangster, and Dil Tu Hi Bataa, from Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3. 


Furthermore, apart from his singing talent, Zubeen Garg also got a big break in movies in 2008. 

Interestingly, Zubeen Garg also plays a wide variety of musical instruments including dhol, drums, guitar, harmonium, mandolin, and keyboard. 

Meanwhile, back in May this year, Zubeen shared that he recorded 32,000 songs successfully and will approach Guinness World Records soon.
