Popular playback singer Lucky Ali has shared a post on his social media handles alleging the land mafia is encroaching on his farmland in Kenchenahalli Yelahanka, Bengaluru. In his lengthy note, he mentioned he has been living on the land for the past 50 years, and now some land mafia is trying to encroach on that farm with the help of Sudhir Reddy and his wife, Rohini Sindhuri, who is an IAS officer. Lucky Ali has written a complaint to the DGP of Karnataka, requesting him to help in stopping this illegal activity.
The singer also shared a note on his Facebook handle and it read, “Dear Everyone, Sorry for having to bring this to your attention...I wrote to the DGP of Karnataka. this here is my complaint...Dear Sir, I am Maqsood Mahmood Ali. Son of the Late Actor and Comedian Mehmood Ali. And also known as Lucky Ali I am currently in Dubai for work, hence the urgency.” He added, “My farm which is a Trust Property located in Kenchenahalli Yelahanka is being encroached on illegally by Sudhir Reddy (and Madhu Reddy) from the Bangalore Land Mafia. With the help of his wife who is an IAS Officer by the name of Rohini Sindhuri they are misusing state resources for their personal gain. They are forcibly & illegally coming inside my farm and refusing to show the relevant documents. My legal counsel is informing me that this is totally illegal and they don’t have the court order to come inside the property as we are in possession, and living there for the past 50 years.” ALSO READ: Lucky Ali On Live Shows Affecting His Physical-Mental Well-Being: ‘My Neck Hurts, Can’t Sleep On New Beds, So Thinking About Retirement’
