Yesterday, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, ardent fans of Sid made sure his mother Rita does not feel alone as they wished her on the occasion with heartfelt posts. Notably, social media was abuzz with sweet and heartwarming notes for Rita Maa, with netizens sharing old photos of Sidharth and his mom.   

People on Twitter shared pictures and collages of Sidharth posing with his mom alongside sweet notes for the actor’s mother. Sidharth Shukla shared a special bond with his mother Rita and was very vocal about it in public. In an interview with Humans of Bombay, the Bigg Boss 13 winner opened up about his relationship with his mom and called her his best friend. 

Sidharth had said, “I was the youngest of three kids and too small to play with my sisters, so I was always around mom. Apparently, back when I was a toddler, I would start crying if I had to go a second without her — so even when she had to make rotis, she would hold me in one hand and the roller in another! And as I grew older, she became my best friend.”
