The royal couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will do something different and something out of the tradition this Christmas. Well, there’s a tradition where the Royal family spend Christmas together, however, it seems the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have some different plans and are in a mood to break the years-long tradition that has been abiding since decades. According to a WHO Magazine in a statement from the Palace on Wednesday, Harry and Meghan will not be spending their Christmas with the royal family instead will spend the holiday this year, along with with their six-month-old Archie, with the duchess’ mother, Doria.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking forward to extended family time towards the end of this month. Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, [the couple] will spend the holiday this year, as a new family, with the duchess’ mother, Doria,” the statement read. “This decision is in line with the precedent set previously by other members of the royal family, and has the support of Her Majesty The Queen.”
There are reports stating that Harry and Meghan are planning to give cameras access to their world, especially when they head to America for the Thanksgiving holiday. A documentary that will be called as ‘Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.’
