The former Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have stayed in the limelight ever since they have marked their exit from the royal family. The couple along with their son Archie is currently stationed in Los Angeles away from their royal family members. They have been very particular about the press clicking them without permission, and reportedly, Harry and Meghan are now suing a photographer for taking a picture of their son Archie by invading his privacy.

Celebrity lawyer Michael Kump issued a statement saying, "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are filing this lawsuit to protect their young son's right to privacy in their home without intrusion by photographers, and to uncover and stop those who seek to profit from these illegal actions," as reported by CNN. The lawyer also said, "Every individual and family member in California is guaranteed by law the right to privacy in their home. No drones, helicopters or telephoto lenses can take away that right."

As per a report in TMZ, these pictures of baby Archie are being sold as if they were clicked in Malibu during a public outing of the former royals. However, the report also claims that baby Archie has never been out in public, let alone in Malibu. Meghan and Prince Harry are supposedly stationed in Tyler Perry's Beverly Hills estate which is a gated community.

On the other side, Meghan Markle has also sued a reported news portal for printing ex0cerpts of her letter written to her father. (Also Read: Are Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Leaving LA For New York? Here’s The Truth? )
