Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had quit their royal duties and relocated to the United States in March 2020.
In a previous interview with Oprah Winfrey, a year after their exit, Harry revealed intriguing details and shared that Charles had stopped taking his calls when he tried to talk to him about his decision to quit royal life.
In another appearance on Apple TV+ series The Me You Can't See, the Duke of Sussex criticised Charles's parenting and said that he did not receive enough support when he was struggling emotionally in his childhood. Harry said, “my father used to say to me when I was younger, he used to say to both William and I 'well it was like that for me so it’s gonna be like that for you.' That doesn’t make sense. Just because you suffered, that doesn’t mean that your kids have to suffer.”
Prince Charles has not met Meghan Markle since her exit as a senior British royal almost two years ago.
Meghan and Charles' picture came to light after Charles and Camilla’s social media handle shared pictures from a royal engagement on Tuesday.
