South superstar Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela quickly got attention of our honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a very subtle manner. The entrepreneur down south expressed of being upset with PM's negligence and favouritism towards the Bollywood artiste solely. The entrepreneur penned a long note on her Instagram account expressing her concern and negligence. The actor’s wife just to avoid any potshots at her also ended the note by mentioning it to be taken in high spirits.

Her Instagram caption to the post read, “Dearest @narendramodi ji. We in the South of INDIA admire you & are Proud to have you as our Prime Minister. With all due respect we felt that the representation of Leading personalities & cultural icons was limited only to Hindi Artists and the The South Film Industry was neglected. I express my feelings with pain & hope it’s taken in the right spirit. Jai Hind” She also posted a picture of PM Narendra Modi posing with Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan for selfie.

Upasana Kamineni Konidela penned a post after only Bollywood celebs were invited by the PM for the initiative named ‘Change Within’. The initiative was kick started on Mahatma Gandhi’s 150 birth anniversary which took place in 2019.  



Post this meet and greet with B-Town celebs, PM had tweeted about this interaction being fruitful, which got the actor’s wife to Tweet about her concern.



B- Town actors who were seen attending this event were Shah Rukh Khan, Sonam Kapoor Aamir Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kangana Ranaut and also ace filmmakers Imtiaz Ali, Anurag Basu, Boney Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor.
