Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry with his versatile performances. One of the most sought-after actors of his generation he is known for giving his all while portraying a certain character. He recently sat down with Film Companion to recall his professional journey and gave a tour of his luxurious blue and white Mumbai bungalow, Nawab. He opened the doors of his home for the entertainment publication’s team and revealed that he bought it before the pandemic, during the release of Sacred Games. He added how he tore down the house and designed it from scratch. He added how, having studied architecture, he even made sketches of his ‘dream’ house.
Well, talking about the house the outside section is quite spacious with plants and trees along with a vintage car. His living room is decorated with various art pieces and leather furniture. However, what steals the show are the bookcases adorning the walls. During the interaction with the host, he revealed that he hung paintings of famous men and movie posters because he was not interested in seeing his face everywhere. Quoted by Hindustan Times, he said in Hindi, “I will never want to see my face plastered across my home.”

On the work front, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is awaiting the release of his upcoming film Rautu Ka Raaz. Set against the village of Rautu Ki Beli in Uttarakhand, he essays the role of a cop in the film. The story of the film centers around a town that hasn’t witnessed a murder in over a decade and a half. Co-starring Rajesh Kumar, Atul Tiwari, and Narayani Shastri in pivotal roles, the film premiered at the 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in 2023. It will be released on June 28 on Zee5.
