Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finalized their divorce in November last year, and it has even impacted their four children: 10-year-old North, 7-year-old Saint, 5-year-old Chicago, and 4-year-old Psalm. Meanwhile, Kim has frequently opened up about her struggles as a single parent and she recently shared that her daughter North likes to spend time with her father more and calls him the “best” parent.
Now, in a recent episode of the reality show - The Kardashians, Kim narrated to her sister Kourtney, a conversation she had with North during which her eldest daughter stated that Kanye is “the best” since, unlike her mother, he does not have a nanny or personal chef.
She stated, “She’ll (North West) go to her dads and she’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best. He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny. He doesn’t have a chef. He doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment. And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment.”
In response, Kim’s sister Kourtney shared that the situation is quite similar to the three children she has with Scott Disick. She went on to add that her children mostly say “the vibe is better” at their father’s home. Later, Kourtney remarked, “I think everything falls on the parent that’s more involved.”
She added that while someone is never fully prepared, she is happy to go through this chapter in her life. “You will figure it out, and it will make you so proud of yourself that you figured it out and that you got through the day,” she added.
