Things do not seem to be going good for Pete Davidson and he is reportedly seeking ‘trauma therapy’ following Kanye West’s online harassment. According to the recent reports, a source said that the reality star was very supportive of Pete going to therapy.
As reported earlier, the rapper and Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband has returned to Instagram and this might spell trouble for ‘Skete’. And it certainly did!
Kim’s adherent support comes following Kanye’s very first Instagram post referencing Pete, and let us tell you, it looks bad really bad.
West reacted to Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s break-up via Instagram on Monday morning, with a since-deleted post, featuring an image of an altered New York Times newspaper with a headline that read, "Skete Davidson Dead at Age 28."
Below the headline, another part of the fake mockup said, "Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers" — a nod to an incident that occurred at the Rolling Loud Miami festival last month, where fans in attendance threw water bottles at him. (Cudi, 38, and West have admitted to beef of their own.), reported PEOPLE.
Obviously, this did not go well with Davidson and Kardashian, and their respective teams have even reached out to Instagram about the post.
Speaking to People Magazine, an insider said, “The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he's had to seek out help."
For the unversed, Kim dated the former ‘SNL’ star for nine months. The duo was papped for the first time in October 2021 and they reportedly got together in November 2021. Well, this did not go well with Kim’s former husband and he even announced to beat Pete’s a** up.
Now, the recent report spilled some beans on Kim’s reaction to Pete seeking trauma therapy. However, the dateline for the actor’s therapy still remains unclear and it seems the 28-year-old has been seeking trauma therapy for the past few months.
“Kim was very supportive of Pete going to therapy," a source told Page Six adding, “Kanye was very detrimental. He was posting negative things - now add thousands and thousands of comments. Someone has to work with you to deal with something like that.”
With Kim rendering her support for Pete, this might even turn out to be a catalyst to their patch up and they might get back together. There’s a lot of possibilities to the same, but let us not jump to any conclusions just yet.
Kanye had previously trolled Pete through the music video of ‘Eazy’ where he kidnaps and buries alive his animated avatar.
