Indian Premier League 2020 started with a bang with Chennai Super Kings winning the first opening match against Mumbai Indians. The team so far has won 2 matches amongst many but did not win the previous match with Kolkata Knight Riders which is owned by Shah Rukh Khan. KKR won by 10 runs but the fans of CSK have taken this loss to an extreme extent, so much so that, unfortunately, even the team's skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's daughter Ziva Singh Dhoni was dragged in the matter. Gut wrenchingly, MS Dhoni is getting rape and death threats from a certain section of people after CSK lost to KKR in the previous match. Some social media users are circulating the screenshots of the comments where MS Dhoni's 5-year-old daughter Ziva Singh Dhoni is getting rape threats after CSK's under-performance. 
 
After the screenshots started making rounds on social media, many expressed their disgust and angst over this insensitive remark. A user wrote, "What the hell is wrong with people? How insensitive and cheap their thinking is! Just for a match, is that match important or girl? Nonsense mentality" While another one commented, "Do people realize what shithole we have become? Can you even imagine where we are heading as a country? Morally dead and decayed nation!" There was another who said that he is disappointed as an Indian, "6 Year Old Ziva Is Getting Rape Threats Because Dhoni Didn't Play Well Yesterday This Is India, I'm Disappointed As An Indian."
 
For the unversed, on Wednesday, Chennai Super Kings battled with Kolkata Knight Riders. In the match, the CSK skipper couldn’t score much and was out on 11 off 12 deliveries. Due to which, Dhoni, as well as Kedar Jadhav, were at the receiving end of criticism after CSK failed to reach the target of 168 which was set by KKR.
