Sonu Sood conveyed his dismay and expressed concern, stating that airline staff might soon be required to undergo self-defence training programs to safeguard themselves from unruly passengers. A few hours earlier, Sonu Sood disclosed that he experienced a 3-hour delay at the airport. He encouraged people to exercise patience with the airport staff, emphasizing the uncontrollable influence of weather conditions. In a plea for civility, he stated, "I know it's difficult, but request everyone to be polite with the airline's crew. They are doing their best!" Sonu Sood highlighted the importance of respect and kindness towards the crew, asserting that delays are beyond their control.
