In a related development, Elvish's father, Ram Avtar Yadav, became emotional during an interview with ABP News, asserting his son's innocence and appealing to Maneka Gandhi, a BJP leader and head of People For Animals (PFA), for compassion. He urged Gandhi to show mercy towards his son if she felt content with his arrest. After talking to a leading media channel, the controversial social media star's father Ram Avtar Yadav broke down on national television claiming that his son is innocent and later on explained his financial struggles.

He went on to say, "Fortuner installment pe hai. Makaan pe loan chal raha hai. Kiraye pe flat hai jisme studio bana rakha hai. Jaisa logon ko dikhta hai wesa nahi hai" Following his arrest, a Noida police official revealed that Elvish displayed a fearless demeanour during questioning, seemingly driven by a desire to showcase his 'swag' by allegedly supplying venom at rave parties. The police officer noted that despite the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winn denying the accusations, substantial evidence supported the claims. His actions were perceived as an attempt to establish himself as someone unafraid of law enforcement and capable of flouting rules.
Investigations into rave parties held in Sector 51 of Noida linked t to six events where snake venom was distributed. Additionally, it was disclosed that Elvish not only provided venom but also filmed videos featuring snakes at his farmhouses in Noida and NCR alongside friends and fellow YouTubers. The police recovered various snakes, including cobras and pythons, along with a significant quantity of snake venom during the investigation.
