It was during the beginning this year that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from their duties as a royal couple and left the palace to start afresh by moving to Canada. Well, this news indeed came as a shocker for everyone but people just have accepted it and moved on. At present, while the world is battling the COVID-19 crisis, rumours were rife that the couple has shifted to the USA. Well, there hasn’t been official confirmation on it so far, but the US President Donald Trump has already reacted to the news by issuing a clarification.

In his latest tweet, Donald Trump has straightaway backed out from aiding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The US President revealed how is a great admirer of the royal couple; however, the American taxpayers will not be paying their security charges. Trump, in fact, asked Meghan and Harry to pay the taxes themselves. Well, this comes as a surprise considering the number of coronavirus cases and deaths in the USA are worsening with each passing day, but the Prez is rather concerned over something like this, we guess?

His tweet read, “I am a great friend and admirer of the Queen & the United Kingdom. It was reported that Harry and Meghan, who left the Kingdom, would reside permanently in Canada. Now they have left Canada for the U.S. however, the U.S. will not pay for their security protection. They must pay!”

Meanwhile, a report in People suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, along with their kid, have decided to settle down in Los Angeles. A source said, “Harry is looking straight ahead at his future with his family,” another source added, “They will be spending time in California…He’s not looking back.” Though we wonder what they got to say on Donald Trump’s statement.
