Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, people have been going through a lot. The COVID-19 pandemic is taking several lives across the world, leaving many countries drastically affected. Currently, the world is fighting a war against the deadly Coronavirus with a lot of lives lost on daily basis. As a major WWE event was scheduled to happen in the next month, the Royal Farms arena has made an official announcement on social media that the WWE Money Bank event scheduled to take place in May is canceled.
On Twitter, The Royal Farms Arena made an official announcement regarding their upcoming WWE event. The Royal Farms Arena tweeted, “The WWE Money In the Bank event originally scheduled for Sunday May 10 in Baltimore has been canceled. Refunds are available at all points of purchase.” In the tweet, the Royal Farms Arena mentioned that the WWE Money in the Bank event that was originally scheduled for Sunday, May 10, 2020 has been canceled. The event was to be held at Baltimore at The Royal Farms Arena in Maryland and the pay-per-view has been now shelved due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The tweet from the arena also included a video which is an unlisted live event promo from the official WWE channel. On the other hand, as the Royal Farms arena has finally made an official announcement regarding the Money In The Bank event, WWE has not made any announcement yet regarding what will happen to the pay-per-view.
