It gives the detail of those locations and shares the fun facts of the movies shot there.
The show is currently streaming on MX Player with 10 seasons shot in different countries and cities. It’s a creative innovation of Director Shashank Mane and his team to show the tourist places from the lens of Bollywood. Along with shooting locations, the team Bollylands.com has also travelled to the unexplored locations for Bollywood (where no Bollywood movie has been shot) and have featured some of the scenic beauty in their show. They also give information about the unexplored locations which helps the filmmakers to spot it for their future projects.
Renowned Film research journalist Mr. Dilip Thakur has been a key player of Bollylands.com for past few seasons. His association in the show has played a vital role in producing quality content.
The Team Bollylands.com shot the recent season in Malaysia which is amongst the most preferred locations for Indian filmmakers, when it comes to shooting in South East Asia. Movies like Don, Don 2, Roy, Yaadien, Dil Mange More, One 2 Ka Four were extensively shot in Malaysia. And now a days, filmmakers are thinking beyond featuring the extensively exposed Twin Tower of Malaysia and are looking forward to explore the beautiful places like Putrajaya, Genting Highlands, Langkawi, Melaka. Apart from Bollywood, South Film Industry has shot many movies in Malaysia especially the Tamil films. Given the fact that, Tamil is one of the important languages of Malaysia, many Tamil filmmakers are shooting the stories that are based on Malaysia like “kabala”
