The novel Coronavirus is on the loose and how! Since March, the number of positive cases is only rising. Just over the last weekend, quite a few celebs from Bollywood as well as from the television industry have tested positive for the deadly virus. Adding to the list, the latest reports suggest that BCCI president Sourav Ganguly's elder brother and Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) joint secretary Snehasish Ganguly is tested positive for COVID-19, due to which, Sourav went into home quarantine, as per a report in Republic.
 
The portal carried a statement of a CAB official who told PTI, "He was suffering from fever for the last few days and his test report came positive today. He's been admitted to Belle Vue Hospital." The reports also mentioned another source who is close to the former skipper and the quote read, "The reports arrived late in the evening. As per health protocols, even Sourav will have to be in home quarantine for a stipulated period." Apart from Snehasish, his wife and in-laws at his Mominpur residence were also tested positive for Coronavirus. After contracting the virus, Snehasish had shifted to their ancestral house, where Sourav is based, in Behala, stated the same portal.
 
Meanwhile, Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan, Anupam Kher's mother, brother, sister-in-law and niece were tested positive for Coronavirus with mild symptoms some days back. Later, we came to know that Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 star Parth Samthaan and Shernu Parikh also took to their social media accounts to inform their fans that they tested positive for COVID-19.
