The Ambani Family has yet another reason to celebrate as Mukesh Ambani’s youngest son Anant Ambani got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Radhika Merchant. They got hitched in a private and intimate ceremony with family and friends. The Roka took place at the Shrinathji temple at Nathdwara in Rajasthan, India.
Meanwhile, Parimal Nathwani, a Director-Corporate Affairs Reliance Industries, took to Twitter and congratulated the couple and tweeted, “Heartiest congratulations to dearest Anant and Radhika for their Roka ceremony at the Shrinathji temple in Nathdwara. May Lord Shrinathji’s blessings be with you always.”
Radhika Merchant is the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant. She is a graduate of the University of New York in Politics and Economics. Interestingly, she hold a close bond with the Ambani family, which she likes to keep private.
Radhika performed at Isha Ambani’s Sangeet ceremony in 2018.
In June of this year, Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani, hosted the Arangetram ceremony of Radhika Merchant at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai. Arangetram is a dancer’s completion of their formal training in classical Indian dance.
Recently, Ambani was on a journey to visit India’s temples with his daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant. Several media reports state that the Reliance boss has donated over Rs 1.51 crores to the Guruvayur Temple in Kerala, and Tirupati Balaji Temple in Andhra Pradesh. They also state that he visited the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan in September to offer prayer.
