It’s time for celebrations in the royal household, as baby Archie, son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Queen Elizabeth’s eighth great-grandchild, celebrates his first birthday today. Well, Archie must be miles away from the Royal family and the Royal Palace but that, in no way, stops all the love from coming into his way. As FYI, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – Prince William and Kate Middleton – were among the first ones to wish the little munchkin on his first birthday.
Taking to their official Instagram account, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were among the first ones to wish the little one by sharing an adorable family portrait of Archie along with his parents and grandparents. What makes it even special is the fact that this comes amid the rumours of a feud between Prince Harry and Prince William. Their caption read, “Wishing Archie a very happy first birthday today!” followed by a birthday balloon emoticon. Such a sweet gesture, isn’t it?
The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh, too, wished the birthday boy by sharing their delightful candid picture with Archie on the royal family’s social media account. Their caption read, "Happy Birthday to Archie Mountbatten-Windsor who is celebrating his 1st birthday today! Archie is The Queen’s eighth great-grandchild."

In other news, recent reports suggest how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are keen on expanding their little family of three. As per OK! Magazine, a royal expert hinted at the same by saying, “A little brother or sister for Archie is very much on the agenda...they seem to relish being busy and it really wouldn’t surprise me if we get a pregnancy announcement.”
