Well, these questions must be arising in people’s mind who were living under the rock. So let us tell you, CarryMinati’s roast video where he was seen slamming the TikTokers which came in as a response to TikToker Amir Siddique's video who bashed YouTubers for making fun of their TikTok videos. The situation went out of control when CarryMinati had accused another TikTok star Faisal Shaikh of threatening him in the video.
But the video now does not belong to the YouTubers neither the TikTokers as the video now belongs to the nation as we can see it at the top of the trend on Twitter. That’s right. CarryMinati’s roast video on TikTok which was deleted after few moments from YouTube has caused the Twitterverse to start a new trend on the platform. After #JusticeForCarry, #BanTikTokIndia is taking the social media by a storm which has been started by the fans of Carry, it seems. If case you guys have forgotten, TikTok was banned in India in 2019 when a PIL was filed against TikTok stating that the app encouraged pornography and child abuse.
That time the app was delisted from the Indian app stores after the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court directed the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to do so but was again made available on Play Store and App Store. However, the app has created a stir once again after CarryMinati’s deleted video which became a rage on social media.
