HIT OR FLOP: Naagin 3, Kumkum Bhagya, Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2?

Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 went up from 7 to 6, while Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai slipped from 6 to 7. Ekta Kapoor must be a little tense on Kasautii... no doubt, because it had reached at 2 just few weeks back. However, Week 15 was still a good week for the TV Czarina. Kumkum Bhagya has retained its No 1 position, the leap in the story has worked. While Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala retains its No 2 slot, Ekta's Naagin 3 has climbed from 4 to 3, a much better performance than the past few weeks when it had slipped way down.

I am happy that Super Dancer 3 remains at 8, like Week 14. While the dangerous stunts have decreased, I think many parents went away from the show after they saw that it was sending out a wrong message that dancing is merely somersaulting, throwing children up in the air and then catching them in the nick of time before their body hits the ground. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has gone out from the coveted list, maybe its viewers now can't wait anymore for the new Dayaben and the exit of Sonu has also hit them; producer Asit Modi (Neela Telefilms) needs to act fast. What happened to the auditions which he had started? Sir, itna time lagoage selection mein, toh gaadi platform se nikal jayegi.

Ekta's Kundali Bhagya (younger brother of Kumkum Bhagya) has also slipped a bit- from 3 to 4 but I guess Ekta must be happy that the 3rd spot is occupied by her show only- Naagin 3. And hey, Guddan se ho paya this week- Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega has managed to squeeze its way to the 10th spot.

What beats me is that :Ladies Special which is a good show has never found its way into the coveted list. But guess, what works and what won't work on TV and not just Internet, nobody can predict. Else the Top 10 list would have thrown several new names every week.


We wonder if Karishma Tanna is now repenting resigning from Naagin 3. She was largely affected by the Surbhi Jyoti Fan Club Trolls and gone to Ekta to let her go from the serial. That she is going around putting up a brave front is a different story.
