The TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been ruling the TRP charts as it features on the top spot in Week 31. The makers are doing everything possible to keep the curiosity intact. Now, we bring you a spoiler from the show. In the current track, we are witnessing the wedding rituals of Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Vedika (Pankhuri Awasthy), but let us tell you that a major twist has been planned by makers. In the upcoming episode, you will get to see Kartik run away from his own wedding creating chaos in the family.
With no intentions of hurting his family’s sentiments and leaving Vedika, he will run away after receiving a message from the hospital stating that Kairav’s operation is about to happen. And we are well aware that Kartik is trying to help him save his life without knowing that he is his son. However, there’s a twist in the tale. Before the family decides to announce that the marriage is not happening, Kartik will return and complete his duties.

After returning, he will not get married to Vedika as Naira (Shivangi Joshi) will learn that he is tying the knot and keeping everything aside she will reach the mandap in tears.
