Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently focused on Abhimanyu and Aarohi’s wedding. The viewers saw Aarohi leaving to appear for her exam on the same day of her wedding leaving Akshara alone at the airport. Akshara is not liking the fact that she is compelled to lie to everyone for Aarohi. Hence, when Swarna and Suhasini tell Akshara they are going to the parlour, she decides to return home. Just to make everyone believe that she was at home, she sneaks into the house.
On the other hand, Abhimanyu finally gets to know that Akshara saved him from the fire that broke at the camp. He is convinced as he gets the picture of the same. Later, Neil who tries to convince Abhimanyu that Aarohi is not the correct girl for him, adds that she manipulated them and tells Abhimanyu to ask her the reason behind it. Neil reveals even Akshara was aware of the fact, but back then she left the venue to meet him.
In anger, Abhimanu reaches the Goenka house despite the Birla family trying to stop him from doing the same. Akshara is shocked to see Abhimanyu, she immediately hides him in her room.
Meanwhile, Aarohi is shocked at the examination hall as there is nobody there. She realizes that she is cheated and tries to rush back home to at least save her marriage. Abhimanyu asks Akshara about the campfire mishap and tells her to meet him at 4 pm. Akshara is late by 2 minutes as per the scheduled time. The audience hears Abhimanyu’s voice in the background, sharing that Akshara never valued his love, she looks at him and also confesses her love for him.
