Pranali Rathore, Harshad Chopra and Shreyansh Kaurav starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Having started the journey with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra, the Rajan Shahi production is not only one of the most-watched shows in India but it also often tops the weekly BARC ratings. The last few episodes of the show have centred around the budding relationship between Abhimanyu and Akshara as they take care of Abhir and bring their families together.
In the past few episodes it was seen that Abhimanyu starts doubting himself and refuses to meet Manjiri who comes home from the hospital. Manjir has a panic attack and faints after seeing the fire on the gas stove. Recalling his mother’s condition, Abhimanyu gets on his bike and starts driving. He reached the Goenka mansion, where he and Akshara have a heart to heart talk. He requests Akshara to come to the Birla house and sing Manjiri a song so that she can sleep peacefully, who agrees to do so. On the other hand, Muskaan starts getting jealous of Kairav getting close to his colleague Pallavi. The next day it is seen that Abhimanyu, upset with everything that happened and Manjiri’s condition, turns in his resignation which leaves Mahima shocked. Everyone tries to make him understand that he is making a mistake, when Akshara arrives there and tells him how he has changed the lives of his patients. While Abhimanyu continues to doubt himself, Akshara explains to him that he has stood by her in her tough time and that she is going to do the same. It will also be seen that Shefali and Manjiri are on their way to the temple, when their car breaks down. As Shefali is checking the car, Manjiri notices fire sparks at a shop and gets traumatised. She leaves the car without Shefali noticing and disappears. Shefali calls Abhimanyu and tells him everything after apologising profusely. Everyone gets worried and starts searching for Manjiri. In the upcoming episode it will be seen that Abhir notices Manjiri somewhere and informs Muskaan to stop the car. She ignores him and drives him home. When Akshara comes to know about it, she lashes out at Muskaan who tries to defend herself.
