Fans of the popular TV show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are disappointed with the news of the show’s lead Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi exiting the show. The duo will be exiting the show and makers will be introducing a new pair who will take the story forward. While the pair will be shooting for their last episode on October 8, 2021, makers are making sure nothing gets leaked from the sets. Hence, the TV show sets will be closely guarded, with no outsiders to be allowed on the sets.
The report carries, "This news will surely leave everyone shocked. Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi are an integral part of the show. However, change is important and the makers do not want to lose out on creativity by stretching the story unnecessarily." Just like fans are upset with the exit of Mohsin and Shivangi, a similar scenario was witnessed when Hina Khan (Akshara) and Karan Mehra (Naitik) had bid goodbye to the show. Mohsin played Kartik on the show, Shivangi portrayed Naira/Sirat.
The report further adds, “Yes, it will be difficult to accept Mohsin and Shivangi's exit but not impossible. Earlier, when Hina Khan (Akshara) and Karan Mehra (Naitik) left, they too left fans in shock. But soon Mohsin-Shivangi as Kartik-Naira made a place in our hearts. The characters are so endearing that they will definitely win the audience over.”
