Actor Shashank Vyas never shies away from speaking his mind. Talking on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, the Laila Manju actor said that there are times when he feels bad about the way things move forward in his life, but he has accepted that everything happens for a reason.
He even urged others to take life as it comes and not to question destiny. “I believe in the theory that whatever is happening is happening for good. I feel this has made me happier and I am satisfied with the direction my life is headed towards. We write our destiny, what we do is what we get, you can't blame everything on destiny or how unlucky you are. It's all a part and parcel of life. There are good days and bad days, but how you deal with it is completely up to you. But you can't let failure affect you negatively. You need to rise above it and fight it, ” he said. Also read:

Shashank, however, accepted that there are days when he feels low and music comes to his rescue then, "When I feel low, I listen to music and not sad or slow songs. Good, positive songs that fill your heart and mind with positivity instantly. Spiritualism is also a source of positivity for me. I meditate too when I have too many things running in my mind, it calms my mind," he concluded.
