Union Smriti Irani deleted her post of Kokilaben's rap on rasode main kaun tha, as music composer Yashraj Mukhate had tweeted in support of Pulwama attack
Budding music composer Yashraj Mukhate created Kokilaben Rap 'Rasode main kaun tha' which became viral on the internet, thus putting the music composer in the limelight. With many sharing this rap and also dropping some hilarious memes, the actresses seen in this video clip of the TV show Saath Nibhana Saathiya too commented on it. One of the many sharing this crazy rap was Union Minister Smriti Irani. The former actress and now political figure though had reposted the video clip on her Instagram has now pulled it down.
In her INSTA Stories, she clarified the reason behind it, as Mukhate had tweeted in support of the Pulwama attack which happened in February 2019. Though she promoted him for his raw talent, she states that it definitely can't continue at the cost of our nation. Concluding her post by mentioning, hence she withdrew her post. The Union Minister without infusing a slamming or bashing kinda tone to her INSTA Stories just subtly explained her point for her actions.
Smriti Irani’s INSTA Stories read, “It has come to my attention that Yashraj Mukhate tweeted in support of the Pulwama attack on our Armed Forces Personnel. While I support unknown young raw talent by trying to promote them on Insta, I WILL NOT do it at the cost of my Nation, My repost of his medley stands withdrawn.”
