Neelima committed suicide on Saturday by hanging herself from her bedroom's ceiling fan. She has left behind a suicide note that states that she was battling depression.

The police have filed a report today and commenced their investigation. Neelima was reportedly depressed and has left a suicide note stating that no one is to be blamed for her death.
Neelima, who was a homemaker, has left behind an eight-year old daughter.
Neelima, aged 40 was alone at home, with Manoj out for work and their daughter for tuitions yesterday. She reportedly locked herself in the bedroom, before taking the extreme step. When her daughter returned home and found the house locked from inside and no news of her mother, she quickly alerted the neighbours, who called the police. The police entered the bedroom after breaking the door and found her hanging from the ceiling fan.

Samatanagar police station, today has registered a suicide case. The police have started its inquiry and investigation and will record the family’s statement. As of now, the authorities have not found anything suspicious.
The news of this death, comes just a day after we got the news of ‘90s actor Inder Kumar’s sudden death. Inder passed away in the wee hours of Friday, in his sleep, due to cardiac arrest.
