TV actress Tunisha Sharma’s untimely death at the age of 20 has shocked the entire nation. For the unversed, she committed suicide on 24th December 2022 on the sets of her show 'Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul' due to her alleged fight with co-star and ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan. While Tunisha’s death is being investigated by Mumbai Police, her voice note with Sheezan Khan's mother Kehekshan Faisi has surfaced online.
This voice message of the late actor has gone viral on social media and it depicted she was going through emotional turmoil. In the voice note, Tunisha could be heard saying to Sheezan’s mom, “Aap mere liye bahut maine rakhte ho Amma, bahut zyada… aap jaante bhi nahi ho. Isiliye aapse haar baat share karne ka mann karta hai. Isiliye mere zehen me jo bhi hoga main aapko bataungi… Lekin pata nahi, pata nahi mujhe khud kya ho raha hai nahi pata.”
After Tunisha's death, her mother Vanita lodged a complaint against Sheezan Khan accusing him of harassing her daughter. She also alleged that the actor forced her to convert to Islam and even slapped her when she caught him cheating on her. Sheezan was arrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of Tunisha and has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. On Monday, his lawyer Shailendra Mishra held a press conference along with his family members and stated his client is innocent. He has also requested for providing counseling for the actor with security so as to desist him from taking any drastic step. Shailendra asserted Sheezan is at risk of suicide as his mental health has been affected due to Police interrogation as well as the media trial.
