The 20-year-old TV actress Tunisha Sharma’s tragic demise has sent shockwaves across the entire nation. She reportedly attempted suicide on the sets of her TV show 'Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul'. As per reports, Tunisha hung herself from a fan in the makeup room. She was immediately rushed to a hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. As fans and celebs are mourning the sad demise of the actress, Tunisha’s last Instagram story from a makeup room has gone viral on social media.
Just five hours before taking this extreme step, the Fitoor actress shared a video of her on her Instagram stories where she was seen getting her makeup and hairdo done. In the BTS clip, Tunisha could be seen sitting on a chair dressed in her character while her makeup artiste and the hairstylist were seen doing their work. The late actress could also be seen interacting with them. Tunisha, 20, began her acting career with the television show ‘Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap.’ She then featured in shows like Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Gabbar Poonchwala, Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Internet Wala Love, and Ishq Subhan Allah. Tunisha Sharma had also been part of the Bollywood movies such as Fitoor and ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ where played the role of a young Katrina Kaif. She was last seen in Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul where she essayed the lead role of Shehzaadi Mariam.
Talking about her suicide case, her mother has lodged a complaint against Tunisha's rumoured boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan alleging he was harassing her daughter. He has been arrested by Waliv police on the charges of abetment to suicide.
