Actress Tanushree Dutta recently made the headlines when she addressed the media with Rakhi Sawant’s ex-husband Adil Khan Durrani. She had made tons of shocking allegations against the internet sensation, which had left the internet stunned. Now almost a month later, she has filed an FIR against the actress for causing her psychological trauma during the MeToo Movement in 2018. Not 9only has she penned a long note on Instagram about the entire ordeal, but she also opened up about the same in a press conference.
According to a report by India Today, the 39-year-old actress has filed a case against the Main Hoon Na actress at the Oshiwara police station. She decided to take the legal route to stop Rakhi from tarnishing her image. Dutta went on to add how they have made a record of each and every statement Sawant has made against her. She explained how she went through a lot of trauma because of the terrible things the actress said about her. Quoted by India Today, she added, “She ruined my whole reputation. She attacked my personal life, I couldn't get married because of her. Rakhi kept pestering me for the longest time.” Tanushree also penned down her experience dealing with Rakhi Sawant on Instagram on October 9. Talking about Rakhi Sawant, she has been making the headlines over the past months for her nasty battle with her estranged husband Adil Khan Durrani. Not only did she accuse him of extra-marital affairs, sexual harassment and physical abuse, but she also alleged that he mishandled her funds and accused him of killing her mother by not paying for her cancer treatment when she was busy shooting for Bigg Boss Marathi season 4. After he came out on bail, Adil too left no stone unturned to make shocking revelations about his ex-wife.
