Actress Disha Vakani who played Daya on the popular TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is still being missed by the audience. Post her maternity break, the actress was supposed to return to the small screen but unfortunately, things didn’t fall in place. It is a known fact that her onscreen brother Sundarlal portrayed by Mayur Vakani is her real-life brother as well. According to the latest reports, we have got to know two more members of her family being part of this show.

As per reports in Telly Chakkar, Disha real-life parents too had made an appearance on this popular TV show. Surprised! We were too. Disha parents played her onscreen relatives. Her parents appeared on the show as her onscreen father-in-law, Champaklal Gada's relatives.  We think it could have been overwhelming for the actress to share screen space with her parents during her successful acting career when it happened. Seems like it would have been a hell of a family get together on the sets.

We are sure by now you have started digging for the episode to get a glimpse of her parents.

Sometime back, in an exclusive chat with us on SpotboyE.com, Disha had revealed about how she is spending her time during the lockdown. She mentioned doing the household chores with her family members’ support and also following all the safety precautions amidst this COVID-19 pandemic.

She also mentioned about being positive by chanting mantras during this low phase to keep us going in these tragic times. Disha said, “I am following instructions of PM Narendra Modi and not stepping out of the house at all. We are drinking warm water, eating proper cooked food, maintaining social distance. Also, as house helps are not there now, I am myself doing the whole household work with support of my other family members. I know people are complaining of getting bored but I don't think it should be the case.” ALSO READ: Dilip Joshi AKA Jethalal Of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Feels Coronavirus Lockdown Is A Blessing In Disguise
