Sushant Singh Rajput's death has resulted in an outbreak of several emotions. Millions of people are heartbroken, at the same time enraged over the loss. Adding to their pain is Sushant's last film Dil Bechara, which hit the OTT screens this Friday. The fact that such a bright star is no more around us has been difficult to sink in. Dil Bechara is opening to some phenomenal reviews and records. This, however, has irked popular TV actor Iqbal Khan. Why you may ask? Well, he's exasperated over the 'double standards' of those not showering so much love on the Kai Po Che actor when he was alive.
In his tweet, Mohammad Iqbal Khan pointed out the hypocrisy by calling those people as fake keyboard warriors. He asked them where was all this love and appreciation when Sushant's Sonchirya had released and, unfortunately, tanked at the box-office. "Jab zinda tha tabto sar aankhon bithhaya nahi, marne ke baad sab ne star banadiya. Sonchariya kitne log dekhne gaye thhe? Double standard public .. huttttt ..bhagggghh. nataq wale key board warriors," wrote Iqbal Khan.
Under his tweet, fans were quick to reveal that Sonchirya let extremely less amount of screens in comparison to the film that released alongside it. "Sonchiriya was released alongside Luka Chhupi and while the latter got 2100+ screens, sonchiriya managed only a meagre 720 screens in India and 220 screens overseas, taking its tally to 940 worldwide. 720 in India Vs 2100 in India. Judge for yourself," replied a fan.
