"The show revolved around five sisters and it was fun working with all the girls. Also, I loved my role. But we could have definitely done better creatively and taken it much higher," she tells SpotboyE.
Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls is based on Anuja Chauhan's novel Those Pricey Thakur Girls.
Sukriti, who was noticed for her roles in Dill Mill Gayye and Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, adds, "Dilli Wali... was launched and promoted as a story of five sisters. Somewhere down the line, it became a love story between Aamir Ali and I. There was some discrepancy in what was planned and what was executed."
Now that the show is ending, has she taken up anything new? "There is nothing at the moment. I will spend some time with my parents and then decide what to do next," she says.
The actress, who was a part of Bigg Boss last year, says the current season looks promising. "I saw half of the first episode and it looked very interesting. People think it is scripted, but that's not true. In the Bigg Boss house, there is no hard and fast rule to success, it is just unpredictable. You need to be strong enough to do what you wish to do. The tasks are so aggressive that it brings out the worst in people," she sums up.
