After Ishqbaaaz and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, another television show which is set to bid adieu to the audiences is Internet Wala Love that stars Shiving Narang and Tunisha Sharma in lead roles. The show that was launched in August last year will wrap up soon. According to Bombay Times report, the last episode will be telecast on March 8. Interestingly, the show will then move to Voot before finally wrapping up on March 29.
Talking of the abrupt closure, Shivin Narang, who plays the male lead said, “I too, have learnt that the show is going off air, but there is no official intimation from the channel or the producers. Every good thing has to come to an end, and in any case, it was always meant to be a limited-episode series. I feel fortunate to be a part of the show, as it was youth-centric and different from what we usually see on TV. I will miss the team, which has become like family. I have a few offers and will take up a new project after a long-due family vacation.” Tunisha stated, “I have also heard these rumours, but I am not sure about it.”
Shivin and Tunisha recently grabbed headlines for their fallout. Their former co-star Kanwar Dhillon was held responsible for it. Reacting to the whole matter, Kanwar had exclusively spoken to SpotboyE.com and said, "I am really upset with the fact that my name is being unnecessarily dragged in the matter. I really want to know who all these sources are. It’s been 2 months that I have left the show. My family is asking me ‘how are you responsible for this?’ In fact, I spoke to Tunisha also and she said 'I have no clue from where your name cropped up.' I too am wondering as to how am I responsible for their equation?”
He had further added, “I am on good terms with Tunisha but that doesn't mean I’m controlling her. It's not important that all the actors share a good bond on sets. Some are restricted towards professional commitments. My nature is quite friendly on the set and I was associated with the show ever since it started, not mid-way. So I don't know why people have this thinking that I came in between them. I know what kind of a relationship I share with her (Tunisha Sharma). So I feel it's very idiotic to create any angle and drag my name. And it's very immature of whoever has tried to do this.”
When asked about his equation with Shivin Narang, Kanwar said, “Me and Shivin have always shared a healthy bond as colleagues and not friends. But, if people speculate it to be another reason, I have no idea. It's not important to be good friends with everyone.”
Coming back to Internet Wala Love, we know fans of the show are going to miss it terribly.
