AI Kavach, her brainchild, acts as a vigilant sentinel, detecting and warning users of potential scams in real-time. Seeking an investment of Rs 50 lakh for a 1.25% equity stake, valuing her company at Rs 40 crore, Pratyusha demonstrated her confidence in the venture's potential. Acknowledging their own encounters with fraudulent activities, the investors resonated with Pratyusha's mission. Despite her vision of transitioning AI Kavach into a B2B enterprise drawing skepticism, Aman Gupta was quick to recognize the opportunity. Expressing his belief in his ability to navigate the Indian business landscape, Aman extended an offer, emphasizing his proficiency in local business dynamics over monetary prowess. Pratyusha, backed by over 18 years of industry experience, including stints with global security firms, stood poised to embark on this entrepreneurial journey with newfound support.

In a captivating turn of events, Aman proposed an offer of Rs 50 lakh for a 4% stake in Pratyusha's company, valuing it at Rs 12.5 crore. Seizing the opportunity, Peyush Bansal also entered the fray, articulating his case for collaboration with Pratyusha. Eventually, he extended the same offer she initially sought. However, Aman, not one to be outdone, reentered the negotiation arena, matching Peyush's offer and emphasizing the advanced technology of his own product, symbolized by his smartwatch.

As the two investors engaged in a fervent bidding war, Pratyusha astutely presented a counteroffer, proposing a partnership wherein she would relinquish a 5% share of her company in exchange for Rs 1 crore. Amidst deliberations, Vineeta Singh prompted Pratyusha to reconsider, acknowledging the wealth of experience possessed by the investors. Appreciating their expertise, Pratyusha eventually struck a deal with them. While Peyush was prepared to seal the agreement, Aman swooped in with a declaration: "I will do it for you," solidifying their partnership.
