The dance reality show Nach Baliye 9 had a glamorous start to this season; the theme also got ex-celeb couples to compete against current couples from the entertainment industry. Produced by Salman Khan, all the 12 couples will fight it out on the dance floor with their amazing performances for the trophy as the show proceeds. Actor Shantanu Maheshwari who grabbed everyone's attention with his dance moves on various TV platforms, will be seen with his partner Nityaami Shirke for the first time. The actor was quizzed by a leading online portal Pinkvilla regarding his participation where he spilled the beans and revealed the real reason to take up the show.
Shantanu has always been a private person and during his conversation with the online portal, he revealed about how dating during a random conversation landed him on the show. Confirming about how in the past also he was offered the show but turned down the offer as he was single back then. He said, "I have been offered Nach Baliye in the past, but was not in a relationship so never took it up."
However, an accidental revelation about his relationship status, made him give a nod to this show. "Though this time it accidentally slipped out from my mouth that I am seeing someone, after which things just fell into place and Nityaami and I mutually decided to do the show," he added.
While the show gives them an opportunity to fulfill their hobby of dancing, he also feels Nach Baliye 9 will allow them to spend more time with one another. "We are also using this as an opportunity to spend more time together and explore our relationship,” he further adds.
Like we all know Shantanu’s passion for dance, Nityaami too is fond of dancing and bringing her on such a huge platform, gives happiness said the actor. "Also, Nityaami is someone who loves dancing, and I am now happy to bring back dance into her life." While it will be fun to watch them perform together for the first time, show will also reveal many more secrets about rest of the couple.
